Nah, we don't want to go political...although I do like the land whale aspect.
Go back to those four questions I posted on the other page and you tell me what you should play.

Guitar's not progressive enough. Make it a moog console...and make his girlfriend his mother...who is also a hermaphrodite. Perfect!

there is a boy lost in the woods with a guitar and he finnds out that aliens are waching him. Then he spots his girlfriend who is also lost. Then his girlfriend gets eaten by a bear. Then the aliens visit him. Then his lng lost dog returns and kills the alien and they have sex!
wacha think?

Then you're a perfect member! You're in. What are your musical capabilties:
1) What instruments do you play?
2) What experience do you have (other bands, written songs, etc)?
3) Do you have a way of transferring music files over the internet?
4) Can you buy us beer?

Then I will be the figurative Mike Rutherford!
I will stay with the band even if we go pop because if I quite I will have to live with my mother.

Uh, sure. Just remember that I'm Roger Waters to this band's late 70's Pink Floyd. So if I don't like Wrick Right, he's playing session keys for a karaoke bar.

I try to never play music unless I'm drunk, stoned, or being attacked by dogs. Once I'm there, THEN we can pretentiously talk about saving whales. Or enslaving them.
...(note to self: write epic about enslaving whales)
