Looks a bit like Steve Howe, but I suspect that's not quite correct.
In response to your Marillion question, I'll concede that "Brave" was pretty proggy, but IMO everything they did after "Season's End" was much more on the pop side of things. Depends how you look at it though, I suppose.

I see your point, but... how can post-Season's End albums such as "Brave" and "Afraid of Sunlught" be labelled as pop? Just asking.

Indeed. A bass-player of his quality probably yearned for an artistic prog outlet after years of playing pop music with (post-Season's End) Marillion. Mind you, I've not heard Marbles yet, so there's hope.
Judging by the way Transatlantic usually organised their stage set-up, Portnoy will most likely be on the the right, out of picture.

Pete Trewavas, really? Like of Marillion? I didn't know he was in Transatlantic.

Transatlantic. Featuring from left to right, Neal Morse, Roine Stolt and Pete Trewavas. Where's Mike Portnoy anyway?

This one should be easy, even though the band's name is not in the title...

Actually it's circa "Thick as a Brick". During the "Too Oldd.." times, Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond (the guy in the multicoloured suit) was no longer in the band.
