Renaisance with Ian Anderson? That sounds promising.

Sometime this year, don't know when.  I hope the three Mystic and the Muse tracks will be included...again, don't know if that is the case.

Meanwhile, one of the tracks Cry to the world (featuring Ian Anderson Clap) has been posted on soundcloud by Renaissance.

I just learned today that Dunford passed away last year.

RIP to one of Renaissance's mainman.

Does anyone know when the new Renaissance album is planned for release ?
and will the 3 songs of the EP 'the mystic and the muse' be part of this album ?

^ Pardon me for my coldheartedness.

He was 68, which means he was born in ... 1944 unless he did not have a B-day this year.

If that was a reply to my request, could you have at least bothered to provide the information of his age that he passed away while writing about finding anything on google

Sounds like the common sense thing to do, as I would not have asked such a question without googling first

Very sad news when I learned of it a couple days ago.  It puts the performance of Renaissance at Nearfest I saw just a few short months ago into new perspective.  It was the first time I'd seen them.  I suspect his work will be listened to for many years to come.  He left a great legacy.

A sad loss indeed. The samples from the new album I have listened to indicate that he may have had something more to give us.

RIP.
