I think I have to go with Metropolis (the anime re-imagining, not the Fritz Lang movie from back in the day). District 9 is a close second though.

Maybe most faithful, yeah, at least out of what I've seen so far...I still think my favorite movie to be inspired by one of Philip K. Dick's books is Blade Runner. It's very possibly my favorite movie, period.

District 9 was really good before it got a little Michael Bay at the end there. Children of Men is all around great.
