I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

I'm working on a banana. Not overly sweet or salty. Thank God I didn't get a plantain by mistake.

I'm nuts about peanuts. Salty! And a beer, yeah... good combination.

Salty, I guess, although I do have a weakness for most kinds of chocolate. If I were staying in alone or with friends, drinking beer, then Nachos with hot salsa, crisps (potato chips), and peanuts go down a treat..
The best crisps around (in the Uk) have to be McCoys; either beef flavour or chilli. Yum!

Mmmm....salty. Crisps, pretzels, salted nuts, chips coated in salt, tuna fish in salty brine but also drowned in lemon juice. I agree with Epignosis and thus I shall say that salt and beer are wonderful partners.
I'm no health freak, give me my veg with extra salt, a big dollop of butter and some added garlic and chilli to run the guts out me as well!

My personal favourite is Super Noodles. God I love those things, despite being made out of what... probably 80% fat, 5% pasta and the rest salt?

Gimme salt (+ fat). The onion ring is perhaps the finest incarnation of this.
