Norelco, because I am lazy.  Use gel/razor every other week because the electric can't handle things.  No longer am tempted to grow facial hair because it would surely confirm my status as a greybeard.

clean shaven for the summer work then a solid beard/terrifyingly efficient mustache combo from mid october till about april

My facial hair varies between a goatee and a full beard, I only seem to shave about once every 8-10 weeks with occasional trims of the moustache every 3 or 4 weeks simply to stop it getting in my mouth all the time.

Battery powered shaver. Though I only shave every two months or so coz I'm lazy and because for some reason I like have a beard.

Various combinations actually... Sometimes I go for the nice, clean shave, sometimes I let it be for three or two days, when winter comes I let it grow freely or some other times I just leave the goatee and the sideburns... It's all about the right kind of proggy or unproggy mood LOL

Doesn't work for my goatee. Of course, I suppose I could come up with some sort of goatee template of a non-flammable material.

I shave using a clipper when it gets too long (3 weeks/1 month). I never shave completely these days. LOL
