Topic: PA needs a spiritual leader.... Posted: April 13 2007 at 23:55 |
Yes, but we need to serve Prog and also our souls.... Believe me, I can lead a revolution where every prog-man is also a happy-man...

Thanks for the vote of confidence Stonie. However, I do not seek a seat of power. My duty is to be of service.

Ok, let's see: we have reviews moderators, we have forum adiministrators, we have an adim team for all matters, we have reviewers, we have collaborators, we have teams for every sub-genre... I'm sure we have a cook somewhere in Dublin and a janitor somewhere in Birmingham... But where's the spiritual leader? Where's the moral authority who could oversee and lead the fellow Archivers through the path of peace and wisdom? Where's the one that can give counsel and words of advise?
After long, careful deliberations, I've decided to sacrifice myself at the stake and offer my services as SPIRITUAL COLLABORATOR for the ProgArchives cause... Don't be afraid, my work will be free, quiet, silent, nobody will ever find out what the other is saying; what you tell me in confidence I won't tell nobody, even if a Judge tries to use it in court (well, it would be the prosecutor actually).... So, what do you say?
It's time! Time for lighT! Time for joy! Time fdor the new SPIRITUAL COLLABORATOR AND MODERATOR!!!
| Thank you, oh gracious T! How can a humble proghead be of service to you?.....just kidding.......how does anybody respond to this thread? |
Oh, you just say yes, and force the powers-that-be to appoint me ProgArchives Spiritual Moderator and High PriesT. Once that happens, you will all notice the difference, as a new world of enlightment and peace and wisdom falls upon you....

That's wrong.... The ANTICHRIST would've chosen a better drink to get the party going... Instead of wine, he would've turn the water into some whisky, vodka, or even better, some aguardiente or some guarapo so that people could actually SIN, you know. The same with the fishes...What's that with turning 5 fishes into thousands? The Anti-Christ would've tunred those 5 fishes into.......more alcohol!!!!
I insist: how come all this newcomers are getting the support I am not? |
Being the anti-christ, you would expect everything backwards, T. For example, water would walk over him, instead of bringing someone back from the dead, he would turn a healthy human being into a zombie, also, with the fishes, he would turn thousands of tasty fishes into nothing but a single tuna can, etc.
Think about it for a while... the anti-T would be a badly drawn "L"... or one of those plastic brooms...

No, because as Antichrist, you will turn wine back into water and that will pretty much ruin the party.

Progarchives has become too nihilist. The spiritually enlightened ones should build a giant spaceship and fly to a faraway planet, to develop a highly advanced, spiritually guided civilization. When some Earth travelers find us, we may share our wisdom with Earthlings, but only to find ourselves oppressed. Blah blah blah, lots of marching, blah blah blah, eventually our wisdom will prevail over Earth too.
Or something like that.

T is a dental consonant, normally pronounced with a considerable pressure on the incisive teeth back surface. The continuous and consistent stress provoked by the exagerated pronunciation of T makes those teeth dislocate in an unnatural position.
Shortly: we don't want neither a rabbit-like spiritual leader, nor one with an orthodontic appliance.
