Topic: Grey hair Posted: July 08 2006 at 15:06 |
I bleached my hair blonde for charity - it gave the children in my school a laugh and relieved the usual melancholy associated with my class leaving primary school to begin secondary after the holidays.

I'm 18 with no grey hairs or balding. I don't care about greying hair as much as balding. I'd be perfectly fine with grey hair but the lack thereof seems unsettling.

A few silver strands on my head, though my beard would be almost completly grey, if I let it grow. But let me point out, that grey hair surely stands for wisdom , maturity , experience - and old age

I'm 22. If I had grey hair, I would be a very sad person, or a shaved person.

Oi - I got the ginger tendencies from my father!
That sounds worse, doesn't it...

I'd think it'd be rather cool to have completely grey/white hair at a rather young age.

why not... bald is sexy... dont' tell me Telly and Yul didn't have to beat the babes off who wanted to rub their heads.... when you reach the older years Bern.. any attention is welcome hahah

Uuhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!................
Micky , while I am not concerned by baldness (both my grandfathers died with a headfull of hair), this is a strong handicap to overcome with.
I have three friends who in recent years either got divorced or are widowed (they were in long term relationship more than 15 years in all three cases and lost their hairs during their relationship) and they are far from ugly, are relatively interesting conversation and moderatly funny, but for some reason, they could not get a date if they lives depended on it.
For two of them, their baldness is not a question of confidence yet, but for the third one it has become a problem >>> which of course will make matters worse

I'm at about 20% grey saturation, and the grey gains a little ground
every day. I'm a long haired hippie type like Geck0, though. As long as
I don't go bald, I'm happy!

Peter! 25 and no grey hairs as of yet. I did have to dye it once though, due to a drunken friend attacking me with bleech... so erm, yes! I hope to not go grey for at least 10 years and I also hope to not lose any of my hair. Baldness scares me, as short hair doesn't suit me!
