I have milk in tea, on cereal, and in a glass so I drink quite a lot of the stuff.

Milk isn't bad for health. Just some vegetarian nonsense. If it was, I'd be dead by now, as I consume a lot of dairyproducts.

Unfortunately, I belong to this category as well. BTW, I don't get why, according to oliverstoned, milk is "bad for health" ? It is recommended by nutritionists to keep bones from collapsing.

I'm currently writing a novella based around an epic quest for a glass of Milk. I think it's probably the best thing I've ever written. Fred Frith has a cameo in chapter 4,

I still drink milk from my mother's breast.

Hooray for lactose tolerance, thanks to hundreds of years of dairy farming in my Northern European ancestry!

About two large glasses a day.

I drink it on cereal and in tea and coffee but I never have it as a drink. Too many memories of school milk, the sad little bottles sitting and sweating outside in the morning sun, before we drunk them at first break! Yuk!

I think I drink too much milk. Even when I'm dying of thirst, I have to conciously choose water because if I didn't I'd get milk instead.

I avoid it. It's very bad for health. I use soja milk instead. Goat milk is a little better, but the best is to avoid both. And it's a legend that milk is good for bones, cause it contains calcium. Vegetables and fruits contain far more calcium and are perfectly digestible, contary to milk. Yaourt are less nocive also (cause it's fermented). Cow cheese is bad for health also. Goat cheese is better.

What about all that dope you smoke? That's bad for your health.

Each one makes his choices.
I prefer not to drink milk and eat/drink/smoke/vaporize my plants...BTW, i've created a very fine receipt including soja milk, Hash, green tea and honey.
