Hemispheres for total album consistency. The others I considered were A Farewell to Kings, 2112 and Moving Picture (which would probably be more popular on this site if less popular with mainstream radio audiences).
I can't believe all the votes for Signals, though. I would definitely go with the above as well as Permanent Waves over Signals and then put Signals in the next tier.

I have voted for Signals by Rush, although this isn't their best album
it has a lot of sentimental value for me as I have a lot of memories
associated with this album.

I voted A Farwell to Kings.
Frankly anything from Fly By Night through Permanent Waves offered some
great Prog music. Not to put Moving Pictures off, but I never really
considered it Progressive. I know the band wanted to grow musicaly and
stretch themselves, but I never cared for anything after Signals very
much.

Moving Pictures, followed by Permanent Waves, Hemispheres, Counterparts and Grace Under Pressure. I'm not a big fan of 2112.

Given that FTK is winning by a large margin, it seems odd that this album is behind Moving Pictures and Hemispheres in the PA Top 100. I assume it's to do with the number of reviews.
