"Blade Runner" has a great ending, but sadly the rest of the movie does fall off a lot. if I had to make a movie out of "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" it would look a lot different. there would, for example, be no action scenes at all. and I would concentrate more on the love story that plays a major role in the novel but a minor role in the movie. the movie would not be a box office hit in the USA; an America audience needs action scenes in an SF-movie. but my movie would definitely have a European approach

Somehow I always preferred T2 over Terminator 1. I also like Blade Runner, but T2 tops these three...

Easy vote for Blade Runner. A movie that works on so many levels. I can watch it and end up somewhere else depending on my head of the day.
I like Terminator 2 but prefer the original. The Dark Knight, at least to me, is one of those flicks that skyrocketed to fame because of Heath Ledger’s untimely death…yet besides the great acting by pretty much all involved, I find the storyline weak, highly flawed and way too focused on crash-bang scenes. I’ve seen it 10 times by now and midway I start dosing off or similarly think of ways to improve the movie. |

Terminator II is the best of that franchise hands down.....Blade Runner is a fun movie, but not in my "let's watch it again" category.
The Dark Knight is a watchable movie over and over. Almost a coin toss but today I'll go with Dark Knight.

The Dark Knight is the best Batman movie ever made.
Blade Runner and The Terminator are both great films. As with Aliens, I don't feel T2 is as good as the original. The sequels are action films; the originals are horror stories dressed in sci-fi clothes, and they're significantly better.

I just re-watched Blade Runner (director's cut) and though it is an extraordinarily beautiful work of art, the writing is juvenile. T2 is a great action film but pales compared to the the grim & grimy nonstop pace of the original. Dark Knight of these three. |

T2 narrowly over BR. I actually like BR 2049 slightly more than BR. But all three are worthwhile.

I have loved Blade Runner since it came out, everything about it made it to the top of my Sci-Fi list. Story line, cinematography, music, But I agree with the assessment that it is a flawed film. Linda Hamilton's physique and performance as well as Robert Patrick's outstanding T-1000 portrayal elevates Terminator 2 : Judgement Day to the top of the franchise. Three very excellent movies each around a decade apart offers opportunities. But, it's hard not to be floored by Heath Ledger's Joker performance and some great fight scenes. I have to go with Batman - The Dark Knight today. I might pick a different one tomorrow depending on my mood perhaps.

Blade Runner. I love Terminator 2 almost as much, though, and Dark Knight isn't bad either.
And I really need to rewatch all of them asap.
