Yepper! It's David Paich from Toto. They are great and Steve Lukather is an amazing guitarist. Hint on above: in the beginning of her career, one was accused of copping the other's New Wave style, but I wouldn't say that is necessarily fair.

Correct (I presume you know the pair of Paich as well).
Is the upper lady Courtney Love? No idea of the other (neither is exactly up to my taste for women, to say the least!).
