I'm not sure where is the correct place to post this but anyway here it is. I am wondering if any moderators(or whoever)on the site has ever thought about printing up progarchive cards to hand out at related concerts. I think it would be a good way to spread the word about not only progarchives but prog in general. Sure, there are 40,000 plus members on this site but they are spread out. I live in the US and I'd bet that less than thirty percent of the members here are from here. I think this could increase the number of active prog fans here. I"m not trying to be nationalistic or anything but unless I go overseas I would be promoting here in the US>

So what do you guys think? Has anything like this ever been done before. At some point I might want to have a prog or progarchives(If I could get permission)meetup group or even some kind of party. This would be where a bunch of people get together for drinks or dinner, go to shows or just hang out somewhere and talk about prog or listen to it. Cards or flyers might be good for that too.

^ It's a nice idea and would certainly elicit some more traffic (welcome or otherwise) to the site. However, the owner of the site is MAX and he presumably has copyrights that go with the name and logo etc so any such marketing exercise would have to be sanctioned (and more importantly, paid for by him)
