Hi people, I'm new to this prog rock forum and to the genre itself. I love Rush, Kansas, Dream Theater, Pink Floyd and a few others but i'd like to listen to some more, so any ideas of my next cd to buy fire away.

i love the bass line on book 1 but i prefer book 2 the whole song

How did I know something like that was going to happen?

I chose this name way back when because I wanted a variation on one of my favorite Rush tracks.

X-1:

To settle confusion, it would be nice if you could PM M@X or Maani, and get them to switch your name... maybe to another Rush allusion? Thanks.

I say Cygnus X-1 stays,it's a much more original name than Cygnus X-2 !

I voted Quad as well. When I first heared Tommy I thought that it was outstanding. Then I bought Quadroophenia and the composition and playing is far better. More consistent too!
