Does anyone here know of any guitar multi-effects processors that actually sound good at the volumes necessary for live performance?

Thank you for suggestions! Thulsa Doom was excellently portrayed by James Earl Jones. It's odd that for the first Conan film, they chose to use a story that Robert E. Howard wrote for Kull, the precursor to Conan. These are awesome-looking processors. Could you point me to anything that might be a little bit less expensive?

It all depends on what your needs are. Do you want preamps too in addition to effects? If that's the case then look into Boss GT-6/8/10.. They are sure bit complicated but they offer a lot in that box, from preamps to multi-effects.

Try to avoid digital multi-effects at all cost! They always fail live! I once got so mad about this that I've never played on my digital effects no more since.
