This is the album simply called "Live"  The Track list is based on the CD, and points out that 3 tracks are missing from the original album, and that is what the liner notes and track list shows, but in fact one of those songs, "Der Plan" is song number 12.  Moria is 13, and Anyone's Daughter is 14.

You mean these tracks

Quote "Der Plan" is song number 12.  Moria is 13, and Anyone's Daughter is 14

are missing from the tracklist of the "Live" album? Confused

sorry for being so confusing.  2 tracks from the original LP are really missing from the CD and ar5e also not in the tracklist.  That is all correct..   But a third that is missing from the tracklist is really on the CD.   on the tracklist you have 12.  Moria  13.  Anyone's Daughter

but the reality on the CD is

12,  Der Plan  13.  Moria     14.  Anyone's Daughter

Is that clearer?

Is this what you meant?

Is the length of "Der Plan" the same as on the original album?

That is correct.  The times given in this listing seem to be for the song itself not including the applause which follows, so about 3:40.  I cannot say exactly.  Thank you!

Don't blame me for interfering Embarrassed  but I think it's correct to display the original LP tracklisting with a comment about the missing two songs on the CD release.

Live

They must have been ignored because of the CD length ...

I like that too!  The only thing we have to be sure of is that people don't simply report that Der  Plan is missing too, because the CD makes you think it is.  Then some poor collaborator might switch it back to be incorrect again.  Perhaps we need a double asterisk beside the listing for Der Plan, with a note below that the CD version says it is missing but it really isn't.

Clap
