So druggies and proggies, be open about your experiences, what have you done, do you still consume, and what are your views regarding drugs? (multiple votes is on for you hardcores)

I'm afraid this thread will be close soon...
i currently grow, among others, "Blueberry", "True Blueberry" and poppies. I prefer H, especially Pakistani.
I've done numerous exp with mushrooms, LSA, salvia and others odd plants.

Can't say I've ever tried any of it.
My views on the subject: I don't think that drugs should be illegal; what goes into your body is your decision and there is no legitimate reason that the government should be allowed to control that. However, abuse of drugs f**ks you up really bad, so you have to be careful.

I'm no moderator, but I would guess that Jody would say that this thread can remain open until someone endorses the intake of illegal substances. After that, the thread must be closed under the "Don't endorse illegal actions" rule of the forum.

Absolutely clean. Probably always will be. I hate to sound arrogant, but I'm too good to have drugs/addictions ruin my life.

Well I'm extremely young and in my country any kind of drugs are banned. Then I voted twice: the last and the first option, because I lived in the country side about four years and planted cannabis. I tried it, but I disliked it. I find it just like smoking cigarretes... I'm not in drugs, I'd say.......

Yes, as long as the recommendation of drugs isn't done, this thread should be no problem. It's just a nice way to talk about something that isn't really talked about, because of its strong impact on society. As for me, I find drugs to be completely dependent of the person, like everything else, individuals are responsible of their actions since they are the ones with consciousness being able to decide through dilemmas and situations. Take drugs for bad intentions, bad will happen. Take drugs occasionally, intelligently and without desire, and no harm will be done. We are the only ones to blame in this world, forcing things to be illegal is ignorant and only goes to show that we are too cocky and egocentered today to realize the impact of our actions.

I'm still thinking about whether I should close this,but will let it remain open for now,but there must be no talk that promotes or facillitates drug use.
On a personal level,this statement bugs me to no end:
"Take drugs occasionally, intelligently and without desire, and no harm will be done."
I frequently visit the graves of friends of mine who were intelligent people that took drugs occasionally.One of my best friends took LSD occasionally and will probably be in a mental hospital for the rest of his life.
There is ALWAYS a risk when you take drugs.No matter how smart you are,or think you are.No matter how careful you are,the potential for harm is ALWAYS there.

Being pure cocaine so cheap here in Perú (US$ 2.50 a gram) I seen many intelligent guys end in a hospital with 200 heartbeats per minute, a couple of them died, others lost their jobs being hard all day long and ended living in the garage or basement of their parents house (With no access to the inside) because they will steal whatever to pay their addiction, but the most pathetuic was one school partner who came to clean the window of my car for some coins and leaves under a bridge.
Now he can't afford cocaine, so he buys pasta, the leftovers of cocaine after process mixed with kerosene, 100% addictive and destroys your brain in a matter of days.
A couple of years ago a USA wrestler from the WWF came here and bought US$ 50.00 of Peruvian white (99% pure) he returned to USA in a plastic bag after a terrible death.
There's nothing safe in drugs, you start controlling them but you probably will end controlled by them, so it's better to stay away.

don't know what a lot of those are but I smoke pot and have done mushrooms, hash and ectasy. I have given serious thought on trying LSD, because I have a connect on some, but I decided against it. I also drink alcohol and smoke tobacco.
my feelings on drug use:
marijuana should be legal the only danger is spending to much money on it.
mushrooms are fun for a once a year event.
alcohol is a weekend thing or a one a day thing.
ectasy is a try it once or maybe twice event.
anything else is too hardcore for me or I don't know anything about it so I wouldn't be trying it.
I've heard positive testimonials to LSD, but I've also heard negative ones, I know its more of a "trip" than mushrooms were so I don't believe I should do it because I don't know if my mind is ready for that kind of experience and I don't want to find out for sure if it is.

on this poll its weird knowing that a big percentage of my friends have nearly done them all on a regular basis lol i drink heavily and have done a few but only when offered to exspensive otherwise

Cartoon Network was a serious addiction for me in my teens, now my biggest drug addiction issue is laziness.

The only one I've tried is absinthe, which is delicious, but its hallucinogenic properties are highly exaggerated. I think drugs are really dangerous and I'm agin'em, but I do believe they should be legal, because you're only hurting your own body, and if anyone has a right to do that, it's you.
