Yeah, so, basically there's two compilation albums missing from the 'Archives, and only one's Tull I swear.

We got http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:vy3ibka9sak0, which is a Tull album that's Essentially a re-release of M.U., and http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:kzdjyl63xpbb, a Carmen double disc which is the first two albums plus a couple o' bonus tracks. Neither is a bootleg, 'cause I got 'em both without engaging in naughty deeds (although the Carmen one was expensive).

So, do we care? Or I am just a lookin' fer trouble?!?

I've tried that in the past, but the website doesn't like me. It must realize I have...bad intent. But, I'll give it a shot. For you, ProgIs.

In my opinion, there's no need of adding the Jethro Tull compilation since this is a repackaging of already existing album, only with different cover.

On the other hand, if a Carmen double disk is official, and (as a bonus) contains some bonus tracks, I think it may be added.

Your opinions be damned! I'm halfway through this, and I'm adding them! If it'll let me of course.

Uh, how do you spell melltron? Is that correct, cause I have my doubts.

Alright, added one. I'll allow the forces of good a night's time to stop me. In other words...

Any repackagings should be added as further detail to the existing entry, not as a new entry.

A few weeks ago I noticed the Carmen 2-CD with bonustracks in the shelves of a record store. Because it was so expensive I didn't buy it but I am very curious to the bonustracks. So thanks in advance for adding it The Whistler Thumbs%20Up

By the way, my wife uses to tease me with pronouncing it as Mellatron but of course it is Mellotron Approve

I got this Carmen 2cd set the other day- I found a promo copy going for £6 in a record fair, I think that's about half the price of what it usually is.

Supposedly the 2nd album is transferred from vinyl- haven't got around to playing it yet to confirm this. However, based on the first disc I am very surprised this is in 'prog folk' (I guess it's the Spanish traditional/flamenco influence?)- surely 'art rock' is the better place, imho of course. This set is official by all accounts, as their third album 'Gypsies' is getting issued in the same way with a new solo album by one of the band members as the 2nd disc.

Yeah, Carmen's pretty sweet. Prog-folk is an okay enough slot, I reckon. They're like Tull in that they take a traditional folk music style and prog/hard rock it up, just flamanco instead of berry Engwish stuff. I'm listening to Fandagos right now, looking forward to this other repackage.

Speaking of repackaging, I just made an edit to M.U. Happy? Happy you burned my dream to add a Tull album to death? Burned to a firey death? A firey, deadly death?!?
