This Russian gentleman is know from the music he provided to the movies of Andrey Tarkovsky, in addition of other vintage electronic compositions from late 60's and early 70's. 

I found one compilation CD of his works from the library, and I think he would fit nicelly to the "progressive electronic" genre.

	I have only recently got acquainted with him and I can say that so far I think his music is good and to my taste. I must listen to it more to form an opinion on whether or not to include him, but thus far I think Eetu suggestion is valid and should be discussed.
