I bought the original Pink Floyd Relics album back in the 70's, and coloured the front picture in using bright felt-tips (the reissue was a glossy cover and coloured pink, but the original 1971 issue which I had was plain cardboard and not coloured - see below). Later I sold the album to a friend and it disappeared.

Then in the 90's I remember reading an article in Q magazine where there was an interview with (if I remember correctly) Damon Albarn of Blur - and he stated that he had bought a second-hand copy of Relics "which somebody had coloured in with felt tips" - and of course I started to wonder whether it was my copy that he had found.

Of course I can't have been the only person to colour in my copy of "Relics" so I thought I'd ask here - did anybody else do the same, or does anybody here have a copy coloured in by somebody else? It would be great if I could find where my original LP has gone - one of you might have it - or it could be Damon Albarn.

I signed my copy with my real name (surprise surprise, it's NOT Elwood Herring!) so if you have a coloured "Relics" and it has a name on it, let me know here! Better still - scan it and post a copy here - let's see some hand-coloured Relics!

So nobody here coloured in their copy of Relics? I'm surprised - it was just asking to be given a bit of colour. I was expecting to see loads of examples of "Relics art" here. Oh well.
