The group's album will be impossible to beat, but there are stellar recordings here by almost everyone.
It's Gabriel's best solo work in my opinion.
Hackett's tour de force, to finally find his own sound.
Collins and Rutherford turn in some fine pop/art rock tunes as well.  
Take the mother band out of this poll, and things would get really interesting.

Nursery Cryme. Hackett's first 4 albums are great but only Acolyte can go up against Cryme. (not a fan of Melt)

Nursery Cryme is the only Genesis album I'd rate a 5/5. 

I really like "Melt" too and Spectral Morning is quite nice as well.
