Didn't Roger Dean sue James Cameron for "borrowing" some of his visual ideas from his album cover artwork of the 1970s and 1980s (most specifically Yessongs) for the movie Avatar? I'm talking about the "floating islands" and "mushroom mountains" of the planet Pandora.
