Hello. Prog Archives consider Jazz Fusion a progressive's rock music sub-genre so so I think Armando's Rhumba will sit well here.

Long time ago I stop defining music as "Prog" or "Non-Prog" since there's a lot of great musid that doesn't fit the label but still is great. Nowadays, if I like it, I'll listen to it. This piece fits that category. Either it gets the label or not, it's worth listening to it.
