The Steve Howe Album --- without a doubt

a true masterpiece and the best solo work of any Yes member, sans a few Rick Wakeman albums

Well, I like many of them, and it's hard to decide, but I'm in an electric guitar mood today, so I'm going with Turbulence.

As to why people are not voting, I dont' think many have heard but one or two, and also, his lps are so different and outstanding in their own ways that it's hard to pick a favorite.
