Let's remember today about David Bowie - a unique artist and musician. A modest tribute to him with an instrumental acoustic version of the song "Space Oddity".

RIP. A true artist who never rested on his laurels but looked to the future.

Nice version of the song. Thumbs Up

Hi,

It's too bad that he is mainly remembered for a few songs. To me, he is a better artist than that, and considering his important and valuable interest in theater, film and acting, it is strange to me that folks don't see that in his music, and it is all over ...

Sadly this is a rock band board, and discussions of these peripherals throws people off badly ... but I can tell you that one time a band from LA booted him and Jethro Tull off the stage with their couple of songs ... CARMEN ... and Jt went on to pluck the bass player and then the band broke up!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

This has been around a while, but this is the first time I’ve seen it.
Miss you, David
Perhaps this could be moved to the Proto/PR Lounge?
