This was a corker. The band just went down a storm to a huuuuuuuuuge crowd. The whole high street was wall to wall with punters there to the band play, and they had the time of their lives. Plenty of press there taking pictures. 
We all started to meet up around 2.30 at the pub (typical). Parking was a bit of a pain because they place was just so busy with people there to see the bands. The actual stage they played was actually the same stage used at Coventry. The people that organised the festival were great, really friendly and helpful, and that always helps. 
This was only an hour set (but they played for about an hour and ten mins in the end) so the set was scaled down a touch from recent gigs. All the new stuff was played, plus a few classics. Everybody was really getting into it. Loads of applause and nodding of heads, a bit of dancing and clapping along, and for most of these people it was the first time they had seen the Bluehorses. 
Lizzy even did a walkabout, she just ran down the steps at the front of the stage and bopped her way along the barrier to all the punters at the front row.....Angus Young eat your heart out. They crowd just lapped it up. 
As soon as the gig had finished, you really had to fight your way back stage due to the rush from the punters to get to the merchandise. The band went down so well, it was about 45 mins to clear the long line of new fans and people after autographs. CDs sold like hot cakes.
A top gig, and a top result to what was a really good day. This was the reaction the band desereve after all the hard work thats been put in this year. Things can only get bigger and better. 
Just a quick thanks to the people who put on the festival, it was a blast. Im going back up tomorow to see Shooglenifty.

	Bridgnorth was where we first saw The Bluehorses live! Awesome. We have recently seen them for a 2nd time at The Wharf in Tavistock. What a gig, brilliant, now can't wait to see them for the 3rd time. The Bluehorses should and could be as big as Yes!
