cinnamon over nutmeg.

cardamom can be a little overpowering, although admittedly I've rarely had it.

Many people find the effects of Nutmeg unpleasant. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and severe dry mouth can accompany the psychedelic/sedative effects.

I'm partial to all except cardamom mostly 'cause I can't pin down the flavor in my mind.   Nutmeg probably my fave, cinnamon goes well with almost anything, and I love sumac's tartness.
