Depends on how it would be transmitted. If it's by being bitten, I think we're okay. If it's a gas then maybe not.

It's kind of a trick question:  Do we fear a zombie apocalypse may happen, or do we fear it if it does ?

Meanwhile while those who fear zombies prepare themselves, things like chemtrails, pesticides and other environmental pollution is really killing us. Just look at the roster of musicians alone who have died of cancer this year. Now that is the real zombie apocalypse
