Topic: New Russian band. It's interesting for you!) Posted: July 09 2015 at 15:04
Hello guys, today I want to show you new rock band from Russia! I know, that is unusually for English-speaking people listening music not in English. But I would venture, and will show you. It's called the Northern Fleet(Северный Флот). They are only one year, but they have already released an album and a couple of singles. And I'll show you my fan clip of one of them. The song is called "Raising the flag"
And there are a translation from google:
It was raw in the same temple,
Which of them is I do not know.
Time melts
It beats a second fish on the sand
I see the arm
So slowly slipping
A drop of blood,
Warm and dark,
My
I get up one,
Heart torn out of his chest,
Raising the flag,
Not lived up to gray hairs,
Under the heat of the sun,
Briefly live
Unnecessary words
Untold phrases
Immediately, at once,
Missing somewhere high.
I've seen a lot of dreams,
I've heard many tales,
So beautiful
The sky above me,
And it is easy to ...
I get up one,
Heart torn out of his chest,
Raising the flag,
Not lived up to gray hairs,
Under the heat of the sun,
So briefly alive,
So today it is necessary,
No one with me.
I get up one,
Heart torn out of his chest,
Raising the flag,
Not lived up to gray hair
Under the heat of the sun,
So briefly alive,
So today it is necessary,
I'm going to have a war.
And clip
I hope you like the sound, because it is one of the most modern Russian groups.

Mikhail - unfortunately they are not a progressive rock band, which is what is featured here. They do have a very American sound which is interesting for a modern Russian band, but I don't think they would be appreciated much here. The bands we feature are artists like Jethro Tull, Yes, Pink Floyd, ELP, etc.
Thank you for posting, though!
