A sky about to rain, that's an Anekdoten song I have just listened to. Here in the wet plains of Dutchistan it is like in Belgium: no more than 10°C in a time of the year when 17°C is normal. In recent years the springs have taken a big advance on the summer, but now I'm prepared to pick a quarrel with anyone who persists in talking crap about global warming.

Same for us in the north of Belgium, but also some short periods with sun, and then it is warm suddenly. It only lasted for a few minutes though. All seasons in one day, as Sting once sung.

My car GPS also indicated that it was windy outside. I didn't notice that myself.

Meteorologically speaking, summer does not start until 1st June in the Northern Hemisphere, so you're seven days premature to be concered about its non-arrival.
What?

Oh, no, it doesn't have to be exactly June 1st for the heat to come, does it?

Heat? I don't think heat is a prerequisite for the arrival of summer. For meteorologists starts 1st June whether the weather is arrives or not.
What?

That's what I meant by "summer" - the weather, not the season.

Eh, never mind.
