Hi Rachel,
We do have a classification for promos etc., as they are of interest to the really committed fans. Presumably they were legitimately available to those the band/label chose to distribute them to. As such, they are not bootlegs. Given that they contain otherwise unavailable edits (?), they will be of interest to fans.
We will of course respect the wishes of the band if they would really rather they were removed.
