How is that? I've never investigated too far into the RIO/Avant prog genre, because everything I've heard from it didn't impress me much.

Even if I'm not that familiar with RIO, this is one of the best album of that genre from what I've heard. I'm also appreciating Univers Zero and Étron Fou Leloublan. Thumbs Up

You might like Univers Zero's epic, La Faulx, it could almost be described as proto-metal Tongue It has growls, but it's RIO.
