Wow, being 17 I've only been to one prog rock show (and only two others- The Who and Foreigner) and it was Queensryche. However, I've already got my tix for Rush when the commence their tour here in Atlanta and I'll do my best to see Symphony X in August before i go to college. DT's not coming CryAngryCensored

Cyg, did you enjoy The Living End? They're a guilty pleasure for me.

Last 3 concerts? Eric Clapton, Zappa Plays Zappa, The Who.

Upcoming? Spock's Beard, Roger Waters, Genesis, Rush, Bob Dylan...

Beauty will save the world.

Yes, they were actually pretty good (the guitarist was very very talented).

I'm also seeing Rush and Dream Theater when they come around over the summer.

Well, I've never been to a Prog concert yet, but the most recent concert of mine was Joe Satriani last...spring?  Might have been early summer.  I unfortunatly missed out on Zappa plays Zappa cause nobody wanted to go with me Unhappy.

I am though going to a bunch of shows soon:
Porcupine Tree (VIP TicketsCool)
Symphony X
Dream Theater (if they come near me, so far they aren't Cry but more dates are to come)
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum (if I want to, I'm not a huge fan but I would like to see it live)
And any good bands that I might just hear about coming here...

My last two shows were...

Isis at the 9:30 Club in DC (amazing gig, they also played with this group Intronaut who I loved).

Porcupine Tree at the State Theatre in DC (mind-blowing, and as if it couldn't get any better, Fripp and Belew opened for them).
When the world is sick
Can't no one be well
But I dreamt we were all
beautiful and strong

Before today, I've been to Symphony X, Dream Theater (though I only really saw them because they opened for Megadeth), and Therion

I'm seeing Porcupine Tree on May 25, the Strawbs on June 24, Rush on June 27, Roger Waters on July 9, and Symphony X on August 8. A solid summer if you ask me.

I've only been to two prog concerts before, those being Dream Theater (Score DVD performance) and Porcupine Tree.
I'm going to see Porcupine Tree again soon and hopefully Dream Theater and Rush.
How's that for diversity?

My last 3 were:
pROCKfest with Riverside, The Flower Kings, The Watch and Pendragon (November)
Pure Reason Revolution and Blackfield (February)
The Aurora Project and Pain Of Salvation (March)
I also went to some local bands in the meantime...

Next one is:
Marillion (2nd of May), two Marillion concerts on one day! In the afternoon they're going to do a free acoustic set on the Market Square in Almelo, NL and after that in the evening a regular show in Hardenberg (also NL).

Probably next will be Arena (end of May)
After that ??? So much to choose from...(Riverside+DT, Lorelei festival in July with a.o. Sylvan and Jethro Tull)

To be the one who seeks so I may find .. (Metallica)

There isn't much prog bands coming to Puerto Rico so I try to attend to as many as possible. So far I've only seen:

Dream Theater
Mägo de Oz

Next show will be:
Symphony X (may 27)
Astrid Pröll (?)

I would like to see The Mars Volta seeing as them being here isn't as far fetched as seeing Porcupine Tree or even Sigur Ros.
