You should record for GS. Wink

Record what? Tongue

Well, I need something to go off of... and I gave you those two drum samples.

I would compose for it, but I'm pretty sure you said you didn't want to have to work around extensive drum skeletons.

QFT

I'm bumping this so hopefully Robert sees it when he gets back.

Oooh, I'm enjoying this more now.

Yes, The Doors are horrible self-indulgent nonsense.

Interestingly, boredom and bedroom are anagrams.

Must have something to do with this being on my most recently played list. Confused

I'm on Album 4 of my constant Tangerine Dream marathon already... and having listened to TD's first 4 albums, I wonder how people who are into Avant couldn't really enjoy their early stuff. It's inaccessible, very experimental, and incredibly innovative.

It's going to be extremely neat to see how TD developed over time without listening to anything else in between.

Phallus Dei.

It's not bad actually but the vocals are irritating at times.

Oh, okay. I definitely need to hear that once I'm done with my TDM.

Actually... in several aspects, this is probably the closest thing to Trondheim that I've ever heard or ever will hear.

lulz

Turns out TouchMaPhal is my favourite track and it's one of the bonus ones. LOL

It's I Want The Sun to Shine I disliked the first time I heard this album.

Grr, I'm in a nondescript mood today.

I like some self-indulgent music but it has to be done right.

I don't like the Doors, but I love Can. I don't think there's an upper-cap on how self-indulgent something can be unless it's ridiculous in concept---and I suppose what defines that is entirely subjective to each person. Nonetheless, I'd rather have people who are making music entirely for themselves rather than machines spouting out the same garbage that has been spoonfed to people for decades.

The Doors? Self-indulgent?

Confused

Ah well. Blues psych for the win.

They did Strange Days and possibly the best hit single ever (Break On Through).

They've done some weak stuff, but those two things redeem them massively.

And yes, Touchmaphal is clearly the best track :)

But that's fallen off the edge.  I'm talking 10 most recent.
