^ I am going to leave this one up for grabs, however, I can never restrain myself from voicing an opinion on my favorite artist, so here it goes...

Them or Us!! Utopia is mostly smelly crap, while the former actually holds well as a versatile listening experience - and very rock oriented! Probably his best studio work in the 80s with Witch a close second.
