Take your pick, these are all popular gifts nowadays. Which one to you is the most sentimental and heartfelt? I for one, can't decide, they're all so wonderful.

Apparently New York escorts. If for me, a good personally selected CD. Nothing says you care more than a good hand made gift of any variety. That and a New York escort. Also, if someone has digital music file capabilities you could give them the song Sentimental by Porcupine Tree.

It's for the good of all existence. Modern society is a cancer that must be eliminated.

I would give up all future Christmas presents just to have a significant other around this time of year.
How's that for sentimental?

I have been alone many Christmases. I understand. It will happen. Chicks dig golden retrievers.

Sentimental? A musical instrument. I cherish each one I have (except the ones I sell for beer money ).

My girlfriend makes me something for Christmas every year. Those tend to be the most meaningful.

How about a Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor Stealth multi role air superiority fighter with a fully integrated weapons, avionics and e-package? Unit cost only $150,000,000 US. This is what I have asked my wife for Christmas..
