I've heard that it's not easy being green.

I had hoped to find Zanov's Green Ray, which has been one of my favourite albums since a PA member introduced it to me many moons ago. It got my instant vote. Brian Eno's Another Green World would be my number two choice (hehe, I said number two, but then I am enjoying my morning coffee... Nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more). The Kinks, Taal, and Steve Hillage are some others in the list in my collection. And also Atomic Tales - Their Gaze Was Green is in my collection, but that's a "faux classic American sci-fi radio" BBC Radio episode.

Steel Mill - Green Eyed God (1972)

As you may have guessed, Paul, I've been a kind of hoping for this green poll, and surely a long list you've got here. Thumbs Up

Either Steel Mill, Taal, TD  or TYA
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Hi,

Wow ... no "Green Eyed Lady"? It did really well ... as did their album (Sugarloaf).

To be fair, Paul missed this one, too!

But the topic is Green albums, "Which is your favourite album?" "Green-Eyed Lady" is a song off the self-titled Sugarloaf album. And sorry if you are making some kind of joke and I'm just too obtuse to get it.

Maybe you you are referencing the "Where's Close to the Edge?" comment, then I get the humour as jokingly saying that there's another that Paul missed (despite not being of sufficient relevance to be in this Green album poll). That makes some humorous sense as Steel Mill - Green Eyed God is in the poll.

Another Green World is a special album, given the fact that it is about seven years ahead of its time.

Hi,

Honestly, when I posted it, I did not think of "album" at all ... so that was not exactly a joke, that had some superfluous meaning behind it. So, yeah, it was a poor choice.
