Robert Fripp and his other half Toyah Wilcox are appearing on this week's All Star Mr & Mrs on ITV.

I don't know why but I find this really funny!

I suspect this will pop a few myths about Mr Fripp.
What?

The thing is most of  the  audience only know Toyah. In fact they probably got booked due to Toyah. But our little minority will only have eyes for Robert!Cool

^ I wouldn't be so sure - I think a lot of people know of him by reputation alone.
I notice that on the Wick Fête that Stewart linked to the advertising poster didn't actually mention Toyah at all:

(It says: "Guest opening by Robert Fripp of King Crimson fame")

((incidentally, Toyah was in Seatle on the day of the Fête, 'twas just Bob who opened it))

I've actually never watched this programme before in my life! Will be making an exception this week though.

Are there enough proggers married to "celebs" to make this a regular feature of the show? Rick Wakeman used to be hitched to a Page 3 girl...Peter Gabriel once went out with Rosanna Arquette...er, that's it!

The thought of Bob sticking his head through a hole so that people can lob sponges at him is just too much for me to handle.

People not allowed to marry and have a wife?

Or saying hello on TV?

Hmmmmmm !!!!

I think it's great! Might not be something I would like to do, but in the end, any recognition is good recognition, and I think that Robert knows that ... AND ... he didn't have to bring a guitar?

Ohhh my!

But it's good ... that he gets to travel a little, enjoy his trips and have some fun along the way doing nothing on an empty hotel room, except keeping up a diary that comes off sadder and sadder every day!

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Doesn't matter who Rick's wife is. He is easily famous  enough himself.

I did. 'Twas amusing in a toe curling embarrassing kinda way. Mr &Mrs Fripp were sweet, just as anyone who's an irregular reader of Fripp's Dairy will know.
