   Hey, guys. Crack the Sky is a really good 70's Heavy Prog/Prog Related band from Baltimore. I've been listening to them recently and I listed their "best" albums. Which one is your favorite?

	Robots for Ronnie has to be one of their best songs!!!! The lyrics are absolutely hilarious over some great music!!!

	I think some of the most amusing lyrics are on "She's a Dancer" and "Sea Epic"

	Interestingly enough they're playing 3RP this year, they've even convinced my uncle to join us in THE fray. No vote, I'll be perusing the Crack THE Sky library of tunes in a couple of weeks and let you know then.

	Animal notes from 1976 is y fav from them along with Safety in numbers - 1978, I think their best albums aswell.

	My main reason for liking their debut so much is that they're soooo good on the live albums. They even take the cheezy She's a Dancer and make it a 10 minute prog jam session.

	Being from the Washington DC area, and old, I have listened to this group most of my life. My listed favorite is Safety In Numbers which has some of the most blistering progressive stuff ever recorded on it. I would highly recommend a newer live album called "Alive and Kickin Ass", although the earlier "Live Sky" is amazing. Too bad they are old as I because thy could hang with many progresive groups out there now.

	I used to play in a band and our bassist's dad was best friends with John Palumbo. That being said, I went to their show in Pennsylvania and hung out with the entire band before and after the show. Good times
