GYBE is my favorite band so I could choose them, but if I can have both then there's no problem with that.

Sigur Ros. I just can't get into Godspeed. Their songs on Lift Your Skinny Fists just take so long to get somewhere.

I used to really prefer Sigur Ros for the same reason, but now that I've spent a lot more time with Lift Your Skinny Fists... and their other albums, I like Godspeed about a million times more than Sigur Ros... and Sigur Ros is still one of my favourite bands. So, definitely Godspeed for me; I consider them to be one of the best bands of all time.

I noticed people saying that about GYBE. But for me personally getting into Sigur Rós requires even more patience, to the point where I don’t know if I should continue or quit. That’s why these two groups are in the same poll btw.

I like both bands but I went with Sigur Ros because theyre just on a different level. With GYBE it seems like you're listening to beautiful music; with Sigur Ros it just seems like you're listening to beauty.
