I thought of this last night. I think I covered most of the big ones and a few lesser known ones also. If you put "other" please make sure you don't mention one that has ships or sailing in the title otherwise it could get a bit ridiculous. Try to stay as close to ocean/sea as possible.

I went with Nektar but Myriad's "Sea Of The Sinking Sun", Jean Luc Ponty's "Enigmatic Ocean" or Secret Oyster's "Sea Son" would all be right there too.

I totally forgot Secret Oyster's Sea Son. I thought of it initially but forgot to add it to the rough list. My bad.

Topographic Oceans is a top 3'er for me, so I went with that one pretty easily.
Some other worthy mentions (prog or not): Deluge Grander - Oceanarium High Tide - Sea Shanties Sea Level - Sea Level And if you wanted to a bit more liberal with the scope of ocean-themed titles, you could always throw in Mediterranean Tales (Across The Waters) by Triumvirat for good measure.

Sea Shanties by High Tide is another one I thought of but forgot to add it to the list.

From this list I pick Moving Waves.
I could pick Deluge Grander's Oceanarium as well. Discipline and Eloy are also pretty good.

Lots of great options (including Black Sea - how I love XTC) but my favorite record of all time is Tales From Topographic Oceans...

I have it on vinyl somewhere. I recommend it to fans of mid 70's Pink Floyd.

Of these, XTC's Black Sea because, well, XTC. Maybe not prog, but, you know, XTC.
After that Cardiacs and Yes's Tales. Other non-prog: Echo and the Bunnymen's Ocean Rain is also a damned fine album of the sea.
