Just what it sounds like! The poll got messed up, there was an "Other" option originally!

Digging Total Eclipse a lot lately, but Spectrum is timeless.

The one with the orangutan.

"Crosswinds", follow up to "Spectrum" (and just as good in my opinion).  With John Abercrombie, Michael & Randy Brecker and George Duke.  Almost a reunion of Dreams.

Cobham is quite special for me, and I like his stuff, so it's hard for me to choose. Magic was the record that started it all for me, so it gets my vote.

I didn't vote because Crosswinds is the only album I've heard other than Spectrum. I did see him at Yoshi's in Oakland a couple of weeks ago - he played stuff from Crosswinds and a couple of Spectrum classics - fantastic show, he's still got it!

Spectrum, but the first three are all excellent.

Also, I'm happy to see people talking about Crosswinds. I love that record. Good stuff!

Picked up an original vinyl copy of Crosswinds for $2 the other day....but I still think Spectrum is his best solo work. For me his best work or at least my favorite are his Mahavishnu albums .

I would suggest starting over and adding spectrum. I can't vote because spectrum is the only one I know. :)

Crosswinds is my favorite, then Total Eclipse, mostly for the agitated "Sea Of Tranquility".

The board messed up the poll; it was on there but loaded prematurely then vanished Cry

I figured most would pick Spectrum!

Total Eclipse, then Crosswinds and Spectrum equal second, then Inner Conflicts, then A Funky Thide of Sings. The others I've heard are decent enough generic fusion with first-rate chops, but less interesting than those five.

If we're including live albums Shabazz is good and worth having.
