I'm an Oldfield fan and I usually don't like Genesis, but The Geese and the Ghost is special

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

But I'm voting for Geese & the Ghost. That album has some of the most poignant and touching music my soul has ever heard.

Definitely Ommadawn. That's one of my favorites by Oldfield and I don't like Anthony Phillips' first solo album a lot. From Ant I like Sides, Back To The Pavilion, Ivory Moon, Tarka and Slow Dance much more.

Ant Phillips. Glad he's winning, but both are incredible especially for solo records. Ommadawn is better written but there's something endearing about Geese And The Ghost.

Crikey ... I could start having flashbacks listening to these two. Havn't played either of them in thirty years but remember them both with some fondness. Silly I know but Horseback might be the deciding factor.

Ommadawn for me, it's one of the most special pieces of music I've heard.
