We have been asked to consider the band Argos for inclusion on PA:

hello progarchivers,
in january our debut cd ARGOS (same) was released on the MUSEA Label
It would be a great honour for us to be reviewed and thereby be  included in your archive.

greetings from mainz
thomas

I did a search here in PA and came across this thread that was recently started and talks about the band.  They are being described as a Genesis clone here, so that would lead me to believe that they fall under the Symphonic and Neo teams area.

Thank you for your time in evaluating this band and hopefully they are a good fit in either the Symph or Neo teams given that I don't have that good of luck with suggesting bands to these teams and having them actually get accepted there.

Listening now - first tune has vintage symphonic written all over it...
Second track perhaps a bit more Neo - despite the organ-dominated sound - but something about vocal delivery there that is a bit off compared to classic symphonic, and the swirling keys sound more modern as well in the instrumental parts....hmmm...

I gave my nod to Symphonic. But I admit no great knowledge of the Canterbury scene.

I think it's more Neo Prog, specially by keys, but for sure they can be add in Progarchives :)

I sure don't hear much, if any, Genesis cloning but I'd place them in Symphonic if I were making the choice.
