OMGS!!! Holy hell, what an extraordinary band!!!! Psychedelic as hell, as they says: this is the new wave of progressive rock, looks like another The Mars Volta band but not a clon band, in fact very unique japanese trio, one word: Awesome!!! Very good guitar work, the drums, punk-esque vocals, everything flows right, excellent band to the Psych index.

Though the Art Rock Team have listened to samples by this band, they have been rejected for inclusion in that particular category. However, we can pass them on to the Psych team for evaluation, so they can decide whether they are deserving of being added to that subgenre instead.

I quite like this band and they're on a very avant-garde label - or at least I have a label sampler somewhere which features them along side NWW, La SPTO and Beequeen

I was the one that presented them to the Art Rock team seeing as one of our members from the psychedelic team had mixed feelings about them. They are indeed a prog band and they should be added here in PA. I though Art Rock would be a nice fit since they mix three genres into their sound (psych,punk and prog), but they rejected them. I'll try and present them again to the psych team.

I listned to a track on their website, the guitarist is amazing, but their song seem to lose focus after a while and can get repetitive.

Some times they lean more towards a mixture of avant/power-rock in my mind, but they would generally fit more in the psych genre rather than avant. At least to my trained ears, seeing as how they have been a fovorite of mine for a while now. |
