The World On Higher Downs biography
US quartet THE WORLD ON HIGHER DOWNS was formed in 2005 by Nathaniel Ritter, Troy Schafer, Eric Bray and Vincent Wachowiak. The foursome recorded and released their sole album "Land Patterns" in 2007 through Japanese label Plop.

The World On Higher Downs brand of shoegaze-flavoured post rock have been compared to the likes of Labradford.
