Agartha biography
AGARTHA is a progressive Black/Death Metal band from Nashville USA.
AGARTHA started out in August of 2007 as a solo project of Adam PHILLIPS and was meant as a creative outlet and as a way to learn the art of recording. Three years later PHILLIPS approached Loren TEW to help mixing the music he had recorded and together they finished and released the 2011 debut "V", an album with a mix of ambient, gothic, industrial, occult, black and post-metal.

Recommended to fans of black progressive metal with thick sonic textures and haunting atmospheric keyboards, not unlike EMPEROR, AMORPHIS, ARCTURUS, NEGURA BUNGET or DEATHSPELL OMEGA. The AGARTHA debut can be streamed from the band's bandcamp and Facebook sites.
