Secret Society of Starfish biography
SECRET SOCIETY OF STARFISH is a Progressive Rock/Metal band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have a strong influence from DREAM THEATER but take a more rocking approach with influences from modern Progressive rock bands such as Tool and Porcupine Tree. Instrumental pieces alternate with sung tracks where vocalist Pablo SEPULVEDA sets the band apart from Theater, with a warmer and lower register tenor voice compared to James LABRIE.

Next to Pablo SEPULVEDA, SECRET SOCIETY OF STARFISH consists of veteran musicians from Milwaukee area prog-rock groups: Chris VINCENT on drums, Joe KOPECKY (from KOPECKY) on guitars, Jeffrey KONKOL on keyboards and D.R. BURKOWITZ on bass, the latter two both from DIMENSION X.
