Source biography
SOURCE was founded in 2013 in Boulder, Colorado featuring the trio of Benjamin GLEASON (guitar, vocals), Jake DEMARCO (bass), and Justin MIRARCK (drums). The band released their debut album "Return to Nothing" in 2016 through Pavement Entertainment receiving a positive response from critics and fans. This earned them the opportunity to open for HELLYEAH, IN FLAMES, and other bands. In 2019, they released "Totality" which also garnered positive reviews. Their third album "Ethereal Self", released in 2021, centers around rejecting the conditioning through fear that is forced on people from government, religious and media institutions.

The band describes themselves as consciousness-based, melodic, progressive metal based on philosophy, meditation and other mindfulness practices. Their music will appeal to fans of TOOL, OPETH, A PERFECT CIRCLE, MASTODON and CHEVELLE.
