5 stars This album is amazing, especially since drummer Bobby Caldwell returned. This album has everything one would expect from a Captain Beyond live album. The highlight of this album, for me anyway, is a 13 minute drum solo by Bobby Caldwell! This may or may not be a turn off to other people.

Other than that you also get a extend solos by Larry and an antiwar poem (Pandora's Box) by Rod Evans. Its a shame that this reunion only lasted for a year but you can bet your money that each show was truly amazing.

Now the downside of this official release is that certain parts (Larry's guitar sounds weird at times) have a lesser sound quality when compared to certain aspects of bootlegs of the same show (Larry's guitar sounds normal on bootlegs). Why this was done I have no clue. But once you get past that, which is fairly easy, you will enjoy one hell of a show! 5 stars, for most prog bands break the chains that hold them to the limits of the studio or record producers who want it their way, and Captain Beyond is no exception.
